Whitney King Fogerty(Shareholder)Memphis Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Whitney Fogerty represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in both state and federal court, as well as before various administrative agencies. She focuses her practice on the litigation of wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. Mrs. Fogerty also handles employment contract, non-compete and related matters. Mrs. Fogerty was born in Memphis, Tennessee and received her undergraduate degree from Rhodes College. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law. She serves as Chairman of the Memphis Bar Association's Public Service Committee, is a graduate of the Memphis Bar Association's Leadership Forum, serves on the Board of Advisors for Bridges, Inc., and recently co-authored the article ”An Exemplar of Unintended Consequences: The Expanding View of Sex” Protections in Post-Oncale Title VII Cases appearing in Volume 36 of The University of Memphis Law Review.
