Ms. Durr has provided labor and employment counseling and litigation defense to employers since 1999.  Ms. Durr has represented employers in both state and federal court and before state and federal agencies in defending against discrimination lawsuits, actions for breach of contract, and wrongful discharge cases.  Ms. Durr regularly advises employers regarding all aspects of employment law, including discrimination in employment based upon race, sex, age, religion, disability, national origin, FMLA and FLSA issues, harassment, retaliation (including worker's compensation and whistleblower retaliation), ERISA violations, tortious interference with contractual relations, public policy violations, drug-testing, unemployment, and other employment related claims.  Ms. Durr also has extensive experience in employment-related counseling and litigation involving school law matters.
