Andrea G. Duckworth(Associate)Los Angeles Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Ms. Duckworth's practice focuses in the field of employment law. As a clerk to Administrative Law Judge Diane Gross of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Los Angeles, Ms. Duckworth handled various employment discrimination cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), and the Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Ms. Duckworth received her J.D. degree from Southwestern Law School in 2007. While at Southwestern, she ranked within the top 10% of her class, earning both the Dean's List and Dean's Scholar Award. Ms. Duckworth served as a judicial extern to both the Honorable Kim M. Wardlaw of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Dale S.
