He has extensive experience in representing management in union organizational attempts as well as in structuring acquisitions/mergers/LBOs to comply with successorship principles. He has represented management in numerous decertification matters. Mr. Daniel also has experience in the areas of contract negotiation, administration, and bargaining. He has tried cases before the NLRB and handled appellate cases under the NLRA. Mr. Daniel has been listed in the The Best Lawyers in America since 2001. In the community Mr. Daniel has extensive experience in assisting business in their relocation plans and served as Vice Chair of Economic Development for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce in 2003 and 2004. Mr. Daniel has handled cases in a large number of industries, but he has particular expertise in the following industries: healthcare, hosiery manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, istribution, forest products, and telecenters. Mr. Daniel has successfully handled the following: Manages all litigation for an entity with almost $3 billion in sales and 17,000 employees.
