Prior to law school, Ms. Cuttino received a Masters in Human Resource Development and undergraduate degree from Clemson University.

Ms. Cuttino is a member of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division, the American Bar Association, and the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.

Ms. Cuttino concentrates her practice in management-side employment litigation, including defending claims against wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract.  Ms. Cuttino also has a broader general litigation practice that has allowed her to represent the defense in complex toxic tort actions, FELA claims in the railroad defense arena, and medical malpractice.

In addition to her litigation practice, Mrs. Cuttino counsels employers and provides training on various employment issues that they face each day, including wage and hour issues, medical and disability issues, privacy concerns, and all forms of workplace policies. She negotiates and drafts employee-related agreements, including employment agreements and separation and release agreements ? all with an eye toward providing her clients the business results they seek, coupled with the strongest legal protections possible.
