Mr. Copus has extensive experience litigating both individual and class action discrimination lawsuits. His litigation has been the subject of four scholarly books published by university presses. He is also a specialist in the use of expert witnesses, including labor economists, statisticians, industrial and organizational psychologists, and social psychologists. He has defended employers in more than 30 different U.S. District Courts and has argued cases in seven U.S. Courts of Appeal. In addition, he has assisted companies in preparing and implementing affirmative action plans which, in the aggregate, cover more than 2,000,000 employees.
