Lawyer Profile
Mr. Cole has represented a broad range of clients with all aspects of union- and employment-related challenges. He has represented clients in the following industries: manufacturing, service, healthcare, financial, retail, transportation, waste management, and food processing.

Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Mr. Cole served as an officer in the United States Army Corps of Engineers from 1984 to 1988.

Mr. Cole focuses on the following:

Litigating all aspects of employment law cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
Litigating NLRA cases before the NLRB.

Counseling clients on labor and employment matters, including the NLRA, Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, federal regulations, and various state law regulations.

Advising clients in union organizing attempts.
