Lawyer Profile
Ms. Cole is a 1998 graduate of University of Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  After undergraduate school, Ms. Cole worked for Target Corporation in Human Resources for both the stores and distribution.  While working for Target Corp., she implemented HR policies and procedures for the stores, helped create a centralized recruiting program for the distribution centers, and work extensively on employee relations issues.  Ms. Cole attended law school at Indiana University - Indianapolis, where she was Executive Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, and actively participated in national competitions in Moot Court as a member of the Order of the Barristers.  Ms. Cole also completed more than 200 hours of Pro Bono work for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office and The Protective Order Pro Bono Project working with domestic violence cases and victims.  

As an associate at Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Cole focuses on all aspects of employment law, but more specifically focuses on employment litigation.  Ms. Cole has drafted revisions to company handbooks in order to ensure their compliance with federal statutes and minimize employer exposure and focuses on e-discovery developments.
