Gregory C. Cheng, an associate, represents management in all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution.  He has experience defending employers in claims brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and California Wage and Hour Laws. 

Greg also has experience defending employers in multi-jurisdictional trade secret actions including claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, corporate raiding, breach of contract, and an assortment of associated causes of action.

Greg advises clients regarding various personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline matters, employee handbooks, wage and hour issues and other employment issues. 

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Greg was an associate with Swerdlow, Florence, Sanchez, Swerdlow & Wimmer and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William F. Highberger and the Honorable David L. Minning in the Civil Division of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.,  , Greg is also fluent in Chinese-Mandarin and conversational in Spanish.
